What it lists
- Description: dimensions, depths, shape, skimmer or overflow, steps.
- Jobs: digging, footing, frame, pipework, backfill, floor, liner, filling, set-up.
- Materials and equipment: Haogenplast liner with colour code, pump, filter, salt, lights.
- Options: heating, cover, robot, coping, decking, as separate lines.
What is not included
We say it explicitly: e.g. approval fees, a power supply to the plant room if there isn't one, removing rock beyond what is visible at the site visit. That way there are no misunderstandings.

How to compare quotes
Put quotes side by side and check: same dimensions and depths? Same liner thickness and brand? Same pump and filter size? Are backfill, floor and filling included? A lower price often hides a missing line.
