What the liner warranty covers
Watertightness and material durability in normal use, under Haogenplast's terms. The terms assume correct water chemistry, so we give you simple written instructions at handover. See weekly care.
What it doesn't cover
- Damage from sharp objects or the wrong cleaning tools.
- Fading from very high chlorine or low pH over long periods.
- Draining the pool without reason or without instructions.

At handover
We show you on site: valves, schedules, backwash, measuring pH and chlorine, cleaning the skimmer. We leave written instructions and the warranty documents for every machine.

Anything that worries you, a photo on WhatsApp. Most of the time the answer is a five-minute adjustment. When it is needed, we come.
