Full-width steps
The friendliest entry: wide, shallow treads that lead gently into the water. They become a seat, a children's area and a spot for a drink in the water. They take about one to one and a half metres of the pool's length.

Corner steps
A triangle or quarter-circle in a corner takes less water and leaves the rest of the length free for swimming. A good choice for medium pools. See also lap pool.

Send a photo of your garden on WhatsApp. The technician usually answers the same day.
A bench in the water
A step-bench along one wall, about 45 centimetres below the surface. Ideal in a hydromassage spa and in small pools where you want many people to sit.
Stainless steel ladder
It hangs on the edge and rests on the wall. It takes no space, can be added to an existing pool and is the classic solution at the deep end. It is fixed into anchors set in the coping.
