How we work

From the first call to the first swim

A prefab pool doesn't wait for concrete to dry, so building on site takes weeks. Here is the order, so you know what happens each day.

1. Site visit and quote

We see the space and give you a written, itemised quote with a drawing. See site visit and what the quote includes.

2. Approval

The engineer prepares and files the approval. Meanwhile panels, liner and equipment are ordered so everything is ready when we start.

3. Digging and frame

We dig, pour the perimeter footing, set up panels and braces, and level them. Skimmers, inlets, lights and steps go in at this stage. See frame.

4. Pipework and backfill

We connect every point to the plant room, pressure-test, and backfill behind the walls. Then the smooth floor is finished.

5. Liner and filling

We measure, receive the liner made to the pool's dimensions, fit it and start filling. As the water rises, we open up flanges and fittings.

6. Set-up and handover

We start the filter, salt, heating and lights. We balance the water chemistry and show you everything on site: valves, schedules, cleaning. Coping and surround are finished in parallel.

Questions

What is the best season to build?

Autumn and winter, so the pool is ready in spring. But we build all year round, except on days of heavy rain.

Do I need to be there?

We need access, power and water. We keep you updated with photos on WhatsApp at every stage.
