What counts: water surface
The 50 m² limit refers to the water surface, not the deck or surround. An 8 × 4 m pool has 32 m², a 10 × 5 m pool has 50 m². That is why many people design just under the limit.
Who does what
The design and filing are done by an engineer, yours or one we work with. We supply the pool's technical details: dimensions, depths, frame, plant room. The engineer checks whether the plot allows it and what distances must be kept.
